Celestia (TIA) has experienced significant pullback in late February 2026, retreating to critical support levels that technical analysts are closely monitoring for a potential reversal or continued downtrend. While the modular blockchain token faces short-term headwinds, the broader crypto market is witnessing a resurgence in GameFi interest, with emerging projects like $EV2—the native token of Earth Version 2—capturing investor attention through a highly anticipated presale offering potential returns that have drawn comparisons to some of 2024’s most successful Web3 gaming launches.

Celestia (TIA) Technical Analysis & Market Overview

Current Price Action & Support Levels

As of February 27, 2026, Celestia is trading at $2.90, down approximately 18% from its January local high of $3.55. This pullback has brought TIA to a critical support zone between $2.75–$2.85, which represents the 200-day exponential moving average (EMA). The 50-day EMA sits at approximately $3.05, creating a downsloping trend that has frustrated bulls in recent weeks.

Resistance above the current price exists at $3.15 (January midpoint) and the psychological $3.50 level (previous swing high). Breaking above $3.50 would signal a potential reversal toward the 2025 all-time high of $4.20, which remains a medium-term target for bullish traders.

Technical Indicators & Chart Patterns

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is currently hovering around 48–52, indicating neither overbought nor oversold conditions, but the daily chart shows a bearish divergence—price made a lower high while RSI failed to confirm, a classic warning signal. The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) remains below the zero line with the signal line pointing downward, though momentum is stabilizing near oversold territory.

Key technical analysts covering TIA have noted the formation of a potential descending triangle pattern, with each bounce failing to exceed the prior high. If this breakdown pattern completes, the next support target would be $2.40–$2.50. However, some traders point to the symmetry of a possible inverse head-and-shoulders formation building on the daily chart, which—if confirmed by a break above $3.15—could signal a reversal toward $3.80–$4.00 by late March.

Volume & Sentiment

Recent volume on TIA’s daily bars has been declining, which suggests the selling pressure may be exhausting. A surge in volume above the 30-day average on a bounce would be necessary to confirm a sustainable recovery. Funding rates on Celestia futures markets remain moderately positive, indicating that leveraged longs are still present despite the pullback—a sign that institutional interest has not completely retreated.

Price Targets & Scenario Analysis

Scenario Timeline Target
Bullish (Break above $3.15) 4–6 weeks $3.80–$4.20
Base Case (Range consolidation) 2–4 weeks $2.85–$3.35
Bearish (Descending triangle breaks down) 2–3 weeks $2.40–$2.55

The modular blockchain narrative that drove TIA’s strength in 2024–2025 remains intact: Celestia’s data availability layer continues to gain traction with Layer 2 solutions, and recent partnerships with Ethereum staking protocols have provided fundamental support. However, macro headwinds—including elevated interest rates and profit-taking across crypto equities—have muted upside momentum.

Near-term catalysts include Celestia’s Q1 2026 ecosystem update and a scheduled validator upgrade expected mid-March, either of which could reignite bullish sentiment if execution is flawless.

$EV2 Token Presale: GameFi’s Next Major Launch

While Celestia consolidates, the Web3 gaming sector is attracting fresh capital inflows, and $EV2 by Funtico is emerging as one of the most anticipated presale launches of early 2026. The token powers Earth Version 2, an AAA-grade sci-fi multiplayer MMO shooter that combines PvP and PvE gameplay across five distinct suit classes: Brute (heavy armor), Cloaker (stealth), Pathfinder (mobility), Mag (elemental), and Valkyrie (support).

Presale Structure & Pricing

$EV2 is currently trading in the presale at $0.01–$0.015 per token, with the Token Generation Event (TGE) scheduled for Q2 2026 at a target price of $0.115. This represents a potential 7.7–11.5x return from current presale entry points—a return profile that mirrors some of 2024’s most successful gaming token launches.

The total token supply is capped at 2.88 billion $EV2, with 40% allocated to the presale (1.152 billion tokens) against a $52.7 million hard cap. This allocation structure ensures presale participants receive a meaningful percentage of the fully diluted supply, reducing post-TGE dilution concerns that plagued earlier GameFi projects.

Why $EV2 Is Attracting Institutional GameFi Interest

Funtico has a proven track record in Web3 gaming, with previous successful launches on Avalanche and a reputation for delivering playable, engaging experiences rather than speculative-only tokens. Earth Version 2’s core gameplay loop—featuring custom weapon crafting, competitive PvP tournaments with real cash prize pools, loot drops, and PvE campaigns—addresses a critical gap in GameFi: actual fun gameplay that retains users beyond token launch.

The game will launch on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store) with console versions planned, a multi-platform approach that positions $EV2 to reach both crypto-native and mainstream gaming audiences. Additionally, the Tico Bonus reward system incentivizes early presale participation, while tiered NFT chests (Epic, Legendary, Exotic) provide collectible utility tied to in-game cosmetics and power-ups.

Early presale momentum has been strong, with the project already raising significant funding through earlier presale stages. The SuperVerse partnership adds distribution and credibility, signaling that institutional gaming stakeholders view Earth Version 2 as a legitimate title.

Final Thoughts

Celestia remains a fundamentally sound modular blockchain play, but the technical setup suggests near-term consolidation before the next major move. A sustained break above $3.15 could reignite momentum toward $3.80–$4.20, though downside risks to $2.40 exist if the descending triangle pattern completes. Patient investors watching the March validator upgrade and Q1 ecosystem announcements may find better entry points in the coming weeks.

In contrast, the GameFi sector is showing renewed energy in early 2026, and $EV2 by Funtico represents one of the more credible presale opportunities for investors seeking exposure to this narrative. With an 11x potential from current presale prices to TGE, strong development fundamentals, and a playable game backing the token, Earth Version 2 offers an interesting risk-reward profile for those comfortable with gaming token volatility.

Both TIA and $EV2 deserve positions in a diversified crypto portfolio for different reasons: TIA for infrastructure

Non-Opioid Painkillers Have Struggled–Cannabis Drugs Might Be The Solution

Non-Opioid Painkillers Have Struggled–Cannabis Drugs Might Be The Solution

The post Non-Opioid Painkillers Have Struggled–Cannabis Drugs Might Be The Solution appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. In this week’s edition of InnovationRx, we look at possible pain treatments from cannabis, risks of new vaccine restrictions, virtual clinical trials at the Mayo Clinic, GSK’s $30 billion U.S. manufacturing commitment, and more. To get it in your inbox, subscribe here. Despite their addictive nature, opioids continue to be a major treatment for pain due to a lack of effective alternatives. In an effort to boost new drugs, the FDA released new guidelines for non-opioid painkillers last week. But making these drugs hasn’t been easy. Vertex Pharmaceuticals received FDA approval for its non-opioid Journavx in January, then abandoned a next generation drug after a failed clinical trial earlier this summer. Acadia similarly abandoned a promising candidate after a failed trial in 2022. One possible basis for non-opioids might be cannabis. Earlier this year, researchers at Washington University at St. Louis and Stanford published a study showing that a cannabis-derived compound successfully eased pain in mice with minimal side effects. Munich-based pharmaceutical company Vertanical is perhaps the furthest along in this quest. It is developing a cannabinoid-based extract to treat chronic pain it hopes will soon become an approved medicine, first in the European Union and eventually in the United States. The drug, currently called Ver-01, packs enough low levels of cannabinoids (including THC) to relieve pain, but not so much that patients get high. Founder Clemens Fischer, a 50-year-old medical doctor and serial pharmaceutical and supplement entrepreneur, hopes it will become the first cannabis-based painkiller prescribed by physicians and covered by insurance. Fischer founded Vertanical, with his business partner Madlena Hohlefelder, in 2017, and has invested more than $250 million of his own money in it. With a cannabis cultivation site and drug manufacturing plant in Denmark, Vertanical has successfully passed phase III clinical trials in Germany and expects…
