Hence, the total crypto market capitalization has hit $2.99T after a 1.01% surge over the past 24 hours. However, the 24-hour crypto volume has dipped by 9.44%, reaching $107.28B. Concurrently, the Crypto Fear & Greed Index is standing at 29 points, indicating “Fear” across the market.

Bitcoin ($BTC) Surges by 0.84% and Ethereum ($ETH) Witnesses 2.40% Increase

Particularly, the leading crypto asset, Bitcoin ($BTC), is changing hands at $89,133.16. This accounts for a 0.84% increase while the market dominance of $BTC sits at 59.1%. Fed governors Christopher Waller and Michelle Bowman, both Trump appointees, voted in July for a quarter-point reduction to rates, and they may dissent again in favor of a large cut alongside Stephen Miran, Trump’s Council of Economic Advisers’ chair, who was sworn in at the meeting’s start on Tuesday.
