AXS Price Rally Extends: What’s Driving Axie Infinity Now?

The post AXS Price Rally Extends: What’s Driving Axie Infinity Now? appeared first on Coinpedia Fintech News

Axie Infinity posted another uptick during the intraday session, extending its rally beyond the $2 hurdle. Despite the broader crypto market choppy movements, AXS token catches the market attention, emerging as a top outperformer today.

AXS price’s daily uptick of 12% showed a follow-through move and climbed past the 200 day EMA cluster. That follow-through move is what has pushed Axie Infinity back into focus, not as a short-lived spike, but as a potential leader in a broader GameFi rotation.

Why Is the AXS Price Rally Being Taken Seriously?

AXS price is rallying after a long phase of distribution, when GameFi tokens were largely ignored and liquidity was thin, expectations were low, positioning was tight, and sentiment was muted. Historically, rallies that begin from apathy, not excitement tend to travel further because they are fueled by repositioning rather than hype.

However, not all GameFi tokens are moving equally and that’s intentional. When capital rotates back into a specific sector, it typically flows first into assets that are liquid, familiar and capable of absorbing size. Axie Infinity fits that profile, that’s why it naturally attracts market participants and was in the limelight.

In the past AXS price rallies failed multiple times as sellers showed up early, but this time, the absence of distribution is one of the most bullish signals in the current setup. This shift in behaviour explains why this rally feels different, it is about market acceptance and participation.

AXS Price Outlook: Key Levels To Watch Out

Axie Infinity price outlook shows a multi-month channel breakout. After hovering inside a descending channel, AXS price action now turned bullish, as buyers stepped in and pushed it higher. Current price structure highlights that AXS price crossed the trendline barrier of $2 and a massive short squeeze was visible.

Per the chart structure, AXS may continue to gain demand and reach the supply zone of $3 followed by the $3.50 zone in the near sessions. Until AXS price holds above the $2 mark, capital rotation into AXS may continue to push it higher.

Beyond price and volume analysis, spot flow behaviour adds an important layer to the AXS price rally outlook. Data from Coinglass shows that AXS spot inflows and outflows are largely balanced, with intermittent net outflows appearing during pullbacks.

Data shows that tokens are not being aggressively sent to exchanges, even as price trades near local highs. With AXS price trades above the breakout zone, the spot flows data reinforces the message that selling pressure has faded and signs of accumulation are visible.

The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For

The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For

The post The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Visions of future technology are often prescient about the broad strokes while flubbing the details. The tablets in “2001: A Space Odyssey” do indeed look like iPads, but you never see the astronauts paying for subscriptions or wasting hours on Candy Crush.  Channel factories are one vision that arose early in the history of the Lightning Network to address some challenges that Lightning has faced from the beginning. Despite having grown to become Bitcoin’s most successful layer-2 scaling solution, with instant and low-fee payments, Lightning’s scale is limited by its reliance on payment channels. Although Lightning shifts most transactions off-chain, each payment channel still requires an on-chain transaction to open and (usually) another to close. As adoption grows, pressure on the blockchain grows with it. The need for a more scalable approach to managing channels is clear. Channel factories were supposed to meet this need, but where are they? In 2025, subnetworks are emerging that revive the impetus of channel factories with some new details that vastly increase their potential. They are natively interoperable with Lightning and achieve greater scale by allowing a group of participants to open a shared multisig UTXO and create multiple bilateral channels, which reduces the number of on-chain transactions and improves capital efficiency. Achieving greater scale by reducing complexity, Ark and Spark perform the same function as traditional channel factories with new designs and additional capabilities based on shared UTXOs.  Channel Factories 101 Channel factories have been around since the inception of Lightning. A factory is a multiparty contract where multiple users (not just two, as in a Dryja-Poon channel) cooperatively lock funds in a single multisig UTXO. They can open, close and update channels off-chain without updating the blockchain for each operation. Only when participants leave or the factory dissolves is an on-chain transaction…

China Blocks Nvidia’s RTX Pro 6000D as Local Chips Rise

The post China Blocks Nvidia’s RTX Pro 6000D as Local Chips Rise appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. China Blocks Nvidia’s RTX Pro 6000D as Local Chips Rise China’s internet regulator has ordered the country’s biggest technology firms, including Alibaba and ByteDance, to stop purchasing Nvidia’s RTX Pro 6000D GPUs. According to the Financial Times, the move shuts down the last major channel for mass supplies of American chips to the Chinese market. Why Beijing Halted Nvidia Purchases Chinese companies had planned to buy tens of thousands of RTX Pro 6000D accelerators and had already begun testing them in servers. But regulators intervened, halting the purchases and signaling stricter controls than earlier measures placed on Nvidia’s H20 chip. Image: Nvidia An audit compared Huawei and Cambricon processors, along with chips developed by Alibaba and Baidu, against Nvidia’s export-approved products. Regulators concluded that Chinese chips had reached performance levels comparable to the restricted U.S. models. This assessment pushed authorities to advise firms to rely more heavily on domestic processors, further tightening Nvidia’s already limited position in China. China’s Drive Toward Tech Independence The decision highlights Beijing’s focus on import substitution — developing self-sufficient chip production to reduce reliance on U.S. supplies. “The signal is now clear: all attention is focused on building a domestic ecosystem,” said a representative of a leading Chinese tech company. Nvidia had unveiled the RTX Pro 6000D in July 2025 during CEO Jensen Huang’s visit to Beijing, in an attempt to keep a foothold in China after Washington restricted exports of its most advanced chips. But momentum is shifting. Industry sources told the Financial Times that Chinese manufacturers plan to triple AI chip production next year to meet growing demand. They believe “domestic supply will now be sufficient without Nvidia.” What It Means for the Future With Huawei, Cambricon, Alibaba, and Baidu stepping up, China is positioning itself for long-term technological independence. Nvidia, meanwhile, faces…
