Stobox is making an alliance with SOLUS Group to work together to create new opportunities in Tokenization and Digital Assets by leveraging the strengths of both companies. The partnership will allow SOLUS Group to bring its network of more than 180 grant VCs and over 160 angel investors into the Stobox ecosystem. Stobox offers tokenization projects the tools and connections necessary for funding, marketing, and connecting with investors.

Bridging Tokenization Technology with Venture Capital Networks

This alliance aims to address a major issue currently in the tokenization market, the imbalance between technology and financial support. Stobox claims to be an end-to-end tokenization platform with over $305 million in tokenized assets, yet many companies struggle to find institutional investors after token release.

SOLUS Group precisely brings this missing piece to the table. Since 2017, the firm has been working with Tier-1 blockchain projects across marketing, fundraising, and strategic consulting. Their client portfolio includes well known projects like 1inch Network, TrustWallet, and TapSwap, among more than thirty others.

The collaboration brings SOLUS global network of 180+ VCs, 160+ angel investors, and hundreds of key opinion leaders directly into the Stobox ecosystem. Projects tokenizing assets with Stobox can now use SOLUS’s enormous investor network without having to make separate introductions or create relationships.

Supporting Future Growth and Market Expansion

Beyond the ecosystem integration, SOLUS Group will also contribute to Stobox’s ongoing Series A funding round helping to bolster the company’s commitment to scaling tokenization around the world. This is a significant support for Stobox, which has been fast growing infrastructure and partnerships throughout 2025.

According to in-depth market data provided by RWA.xyz, in 2025, the tokenized real world asset market has crossed $30 billion, a fair 10-fold increase from 2022 levels where the market represented just $2.9 billion. Private Credit and U.S Treasuries lead this growth and account for around $17 billion and $7.3 billion, respectively.

Stobox has put itself at the forefront of this expansion. The company recently introduced their Global Partnership Program, bringing vetted service providers from across the spectrum of legal, compliance, audit, and infrastructure services, directly into the Stobox 4 platform.

Developing Comprehensive Tokenization Architecture

The Stobox and SOLUS partnership is not just a referral relationship. It forms a vertically integrated ecosystem where issuers can structure assets, tokenize them in a compliant manner and obtain professional support for fund raising, market expansion and distribution around the globe.

The Stobox Partner Marketplace provides access to a curated network of specialists that understand both traditional capital markets and blockchain technology. This streamlines the process of tokenizing real estate, commodities, company shares, and various assets.

The partnership is an advancement in the sophistication of the tokenization industry. As institutional players such as BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, and Fidelity are all continuing to grow their tokenized offering, the infrastructure layer to support these initiatives must evolve to become commensurate with the professionalism of traditional finance. The Stobox SOLUS partnership is an example that shows this maturation as venture capital networks and blockchain infrastructure are united.

Conclusion

The collaboration sets both companies in place to capture significant market share as tokenization continues its way. Analysts have projected that the tokenized RWA market can be valued at $10 trillion to $30 trillion in 2030. For Stobox, the partnership with SOLUS gives another layer to its strategy to create a complete ecosystem for every tokenization phase. With SOLUS integrated into the Partner Marketplace, projects can have access to institutional grade, capital formation, marketing support, and investor support distribution within unified infrastructure.

Suspected $243M Crypto Hacker Arrested After Major Breakthrough in Global Heist

Major breakthrough in $243M crypto heist as suspect arrested! $18.58M in crypto seized, linked to suspected hacker’s wallet. Dubai villa raid leads to possible arrest of crypto thief. A major breakthrough in the investigation into the $243 million crypto theft has emerged, as blockchain investigator ZachXBT claims that a British hacker, suspected of orchestrating one of the largest individual thefts in crypto history, may have been arrested. On December 5, ZachXBT revealed in a Telegram post that Danny (also known as Meech or Danish Zulfiqar Khan), the primary suspect behind the attack, was likely apprehended by law enforcement. ZachXBT pointed to a significant find: approximately $18.58 million worth of crypto currently sitting in an Ethereum wallet linked to the suspect. The investigator claimed that several addresses connected to Zulfiqar had consolidated funds to this address, mirroring patterns previously seen in law enforcement seizures. This discovery has raised suspicions that authorities may have closed in on the hacker. Moreover, ZachXBT mentioned that Zulfiqar was last known to be in Dubai, where it is alleged that a villa was raided, and multiple individuals associated with the hacker were arrested. He also noted that several contacts of Zulfiqar had gone silent in recent days, adding to the growing belief that law enforcement had made a major move against the hacker. However, no official statements from Dubai Police or UAE regulators have confirmed the arrest, and local media reports remain silent on the matter. In September 2024, ZachXBT uncovered that three attackers were involved in stealing 4,064 BTC (valued at $243 million at the time) from a Genesis creditor. The attack was carried out using sophisticated social engineering tactics. The hackers impersonated Google support to trick the victim into resetting two-factor authentication on their Gemini account, giving them access to the victim’s private keys. From there, they drained the wallet, moving the stolen BTC through a complex network of exchanges and swap services. ZachXBT previously identified the suspects by their online handles, “Greavys,” “Wiz,” and “Box,” later tying them to individuals Malone Lam, Veer Chetal, and Jeandiel Serrano. The U.S. Department of Justice later charged two of the suspects with orchestrating a $230 million crypto scam involving the theft. Further court documents revealed that the criminals had used a mix of SIM swaps, social engineering, and even physical burglaries to carry out the theft, spending millions on luxury items like cars and travel. ZachXBT’s tracking work has played a key role in uncovering several related thefts, including a $2 million scam in which Chetal was involved while out on bond. The news of Zulfiqar’s potential arrest could mark a significant turning point in the investigation, although full details are yet to emerge.
