隨著氣溫逐漸下降、天氣轉冷，正是補充能量、增強保暖的季節。臺北花博農民市集執行單位—台北市農會，將於 11 月 29 日至 30 日 舉辦「全台好農大集合 產地直送最新鮮」主題展售活動，邀請市民一同採買冬初最對時的當令蔬果。
大甲芋頭-林義職
冬令時節適合多攝取甘薯、馬鈴薯、芋頭等根莖類，以補充身體能量；再搭配蔥、薑、蒜等暖性食材，有助驅寒暖胃。蔬菜方面推薦胡蘿蔔、花椰菜、玉米及高麗菜，富含維生素與膳食纖維。菇類如香菇、黑木耳、金針菇，不僅營養滿分，也能為火鍋增添層次、去油解膩。

本次市集邀集全台各地優質農民與青農齊聚，帶來柑橘、芭樂、木瓜、火龍果、水梨等多種當季鮮果，以及各式在地農特產品，讓民眾不必遠行，就能一次採買應景水果與產地美味，不論自用或送禮都合宜。現場亦特別安排台北市士林區、內湖區農特產品專區，讓消費者輕鬆購得最道地的城市農產。
